SHIPPING POLICY

At Top Of The World Designs, we take pride in our efficient shipping methods. All our products are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. Standard shipping is free for all orders within the US. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense.
