Our turnaround time begins when your order is
sent to press.
If you have either requested a proof, your order requires a proof, and/or your
order does not have an uploaded digital file because you have requested a
custom design and layout, turnaround begins once we receive written approval of
the proof. Our turnaround refers to business days and does not include weekends
or holidays. Our turnaround does not begin until your acceptable artwork has
been provided and approved by you. If your files do not meet our file
requirements & specifications, your order status will be put on hold and
your estimated turnaround time will be lengthened. Top Of the World Designs
assumes no responsibility for delays caused by carriers or consequential
damages arising out of an untimely delivery. We do not guarantee our shipment
dates, as they are estimated dates. Unforeseen events, including but not
limited to, natural disasters and equipment malfunction may cause your order to
not be ready by our estimated date.
By following the
guidelines we've outlined, you will be ensuring the quickest turnaround and
maximum quality of your printed work. Once you are sure that your file is
ready to be submitted for print, please do so. Keep in mind turnaround time when
submitting a job. Our 48 hour policy is 48 hrs from the time delivered"
typically that would mean all if not most print jobs are ready in the
following two business days Monday-Saturday ". If your job requires shipping,
please allow an additional 24 hours to process shipping. If you have any questions regarding proper

THE CUSTOMER'S JOB ON SCHEDULE. IF A DELIVERY IS IMPAIRED BY AN ACT OF
GOD, ELECTRICAL FAILURES, AIRLINE DELIVERY DELAYS, ANY TRANSPORTATION DELAY, OR
CANCELLATIONS, OR ANY OTHER DELAY OUT OF TOP OF THE WORLD DESIGNS CONTROL,
THEN TOP OF THE WORLD DESIGNS WILL ASSIST THE CLIENT IN LOCATING THE
DELIVERY. TOP OF THE WORLD DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BOXES
LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO HOLD TOP OF
THE WORLD DESIGNS LIABLE UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. ABSOLUTELY NO
REFUNDS.

ALL LOCAL ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM. IF YOU
ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR
BOX IF IT GETS LOST, DAMAGED OR TRASHED. TO AVOID ANY OF THESE INCIDENTS,
WE URGE YOU TO PLEASE PICK UP YOUR BOX WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED CLIENT WILL BE
IN AGREEMENT TO OUR LICENSE AGREEMENTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES AT
